All player funds on phfairy are held and transacted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to PHP-denominated transactions. USDT deposits and withdrawals are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction as determined by phfairy's payment processor.

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phfairy's total liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game shall not exceed the aggregate value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
phfairy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from: use of or inability to use the Platform; technical malfunctions beyond phfairy's reasonable control; interruptions to payment systems operated by third-party providers; or loss of data.
Nothing in these Terms limits phfairy's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by phfairy's negligence.
phfairy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed or suspended for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.
In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, a transaction, or any other aspect of phfairy's services, the Player should first contact phfairy's customer support team via live chat or at [email protected] with full details of the dispute. phfairy will investigate and respond within 5 Philippine business days.
If the dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through phfairy's internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority. phfairy cooperates fully with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
phfairy reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR regulation or applicable law.
Your continued use of the phfairy Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw any available balance.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
